Our goal is to ignite your child’s passion for learning and prepare them for the fundamental steps they need for school and in life. Everything we do focuses on our ethos of strong parent partnership and a home from home feel. We focus on the core development of your child’s Communication and Language, Personal Social and emotional needs and Physical development giving them the steps they need for a brighter future.

Our Ethos

Happy Team = Happy Children = Happy Families

Since we first opened in September 2008 with only a small team members and a handful of children, we have always maintained a strong family ethos, a home-from-home feel. It is something we believe to be at the heart of Alpha Steps and vital to our nursery. We want the best for all our children, families, and our team. We have a strong emphasis on building a healthy team as we believe that: Happy Team = Happy Children = Happy Families. It is not rocket science but we try our best to create a setting in which our team know that they are valued and supported, and not just here to do a ‘job’. A healthy, happy team creates a healthy, happy nursery environment and a positive friendly atmosphere for the children to flourish in.

Your child is growing up fast and ready for a little more independence, our nursery will help your little one stand on their own two feet!

Learning

Our approach to learning and teaching is through child centered play and education. We have a purpose built nursery rooms for learning.

With a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, imaginative play and physical activities, our staff will engage with your children.
